Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours. Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation. If there will be a delay in your order processing, we will contact you and provide you with more information. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery in Finland.

In the event that an item is missing from your order or damaged in transit you must notify us by e-mail or in writing within 5 days of receipt of the parcel. In the event of damage you should retain the packaging. If the parcel is obviously damaged or has been tampered with (other than by Customs officials), then you should not accept delivery.
