Job Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
• Ability to lead and direct a dental practice, ensuring top-notch patient service
• Provide support to the dental team, ensuring productivity and organization throughout the day
• Focus on efficient patient scheduling for optimal productivity and care
• Knowledge of dental terminology and ability to present financial arrangements to patients
• Proficiency in understanding insurance codes and processes
• Competence in using dental practice management software (experience with paperless systems preferred)
• Ability to oversee financial operations, maintain budgets, and ensure profitability
