:

Insurance company is seeking an Insurance Adjuster. No license necessary upon hire. On the job training.

Description:

• Investigate/determine coverage and liability, assess damages and settle claims
• Evaluate, negotiate claims within authority level from beginning to end
• Must answer all incoming calls to achieve customer satisfaction/metrics
• Ability to determine comparative negligence and make necessary arguments
• Support Underwriting Manager with any necessary tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Detail oriented in a high-paced multi tasking environment
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong reasoning, analytical, organization and computer skills
• Disciplined self motivated, team player
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organization skills
• Must be able to obtain an Adjuster License after training.

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required
