Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. The ideal candidate thrives on structure, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has a keen eye for both detail and design. which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Technical Writer **Location:** Cincinnati, OH preferred (will consider 100% remote EST candidates) **Pay Range:** $45-50/hr W2 **What's the Job?** + Content Management & Updates: Maintain and update admin-only and shared pages, conduct regular audits for expired or mislabeled content, and ensure all submitted content meets standards. + User Support & Access Requests: Respond to Jira tickets, Hub user support inquiries, and manage Hub access and export requests. + Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Content Area Owners and PMs on roadmaps, major changes, and reviews; announce featured content and newsletters. **What's Needed?** + 5+ years of experience in technical writing. + Proficiency with Confluence, Atlassian, or similar content and project management tools. + Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and ability to simplify complex information. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
