Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python and React to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have 6–7 years of experience in full-stack development, with deep proficiency in both frontend (React) and backend (Python, Django/Flask/FastAPI) technologies. This role requires a hands-on developer who can architect, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Python and React. Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services. Implement backend solutions using Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks. Develop responsive, high-performing React frontends with a focus on UI/UX. Manage state effectively using libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX. Implement and maintain route management using React Router. Ensure high code quality through unit testing (Jest, Mocha) and E2E testing (Cypress). Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines. Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL MongoDB). Optimize application performance and ensure scalability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6–7 years of overall software development experience. Strong experience with Python and at least one major framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI). Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Hands-on experience with Vite or similar build tools. Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and E2E testing using Cypress. Experience in state management and routing within React applications. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
