A publicly traded manufacturing company is hiring a Vice President, FP&A to report directly to the CFO. This is a high-visibility role shaping how the company plans, forecasts, and communicates performance to executives and the Board.

What You’ll Own
Lead enterprise forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning with accuracy and discipline.
Partner across operations, sales, and supply chain to translate financial data into business action.
Drive how results are communicated — turning complex analysis into clear, Board-ready narratives.
Build scalable models, processes, and governance to strengthen forecasting discipline and accountability.
Lead and mentor a lean, high-performing FP&A team through ongoing growth and modernization.
What You Bring
20+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally within manufacturing or multi-site operations.
Strength in enterprise modeling, scenario planning, and financial storytelling.
Hands-on builder with the judgment to know when to dive in and when to delegate.
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA, CPA, CFA, or FPAC certification strongly preferred.
