This role is designed for an experienced project leader responsible for managing complex, high-value digital and business transformation projects. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects ranging from $1M to $10M, ensuring objectives are met on time, within scope, and on budget. The position involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and oversight of project execution across web, mobile, and digital experience initiatives. You will provide mentorship, enforce governance, and drive process improvements while maintaining alignment with broader organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable business impact.

Accountabilities

· Lead high-functioning project teams to deliver outputs and outcomes within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.

· Manage day-to-day project activities, define roles and responsibilities, develop team capabilities, and foster innovation.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.

· Support business case development, monitor benefits realization, and track project financials.

· Establish governance structures, manage interdependencies, and ensure effective decision-making.

· Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership to maintain alignment and project visibility.

· Identify process improvements, document progress, and maintain accurate project records.

· Support client roadmap planning to ensure alignment between project deliverables and long-term objectives.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

· Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally with a focus on digital experience, service design, or customer experience initiatives.

· Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects ($1M–$10M).

· Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

· Experience with UX design, CMS, digital marketing, and Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Direct people management experience is a plus.

· Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver strategic business outcomes.
