In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the development and validation of analytical models in financial crime risk management. Your work will directly impact regulatory compliance and business initiatives. You will oversee a team of analysts, guiding them in producing high-quality validation reports and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders. The position demands a deep understanding of FCRM models, ensuring that they meet the necessary standards and practices required in the banking sector.

Accountabilities

• Validate Financial Crime Risk Management models for Trading Surveillance.
• Develop effective validation testing plans for various FCRM models.
• Ensure timely communication with stakeholders to address model limitations.
• Deliver high-quality model validation reports to support audit and regulatory review.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of analysts in model validation.
• Support the development of standards and procedures for model validation compliance.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or advanced technical degree in relevant fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in model validation or development.
• Experience with FCRM models and exposure to AI/ML.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, H2O.AI, or Scala.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
