Job Title: EPIC OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst

Location: Fully Remote First two weeks onsite in Boston, MA (flights are comped, accommodations reimbursed)

Work Type: Remote (with 2 weeks onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Rate: $65-67/hr on W2 (Any overtime work will be paid out as straight pay for C2C candidates)

Job Description:
Looking for an experienced EPIC OpTime/Anesthesia Analyst with strong build and implementation expertise to support system-wide go-live and optimization efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support anesthesia workflows, documentation, and procedure coordination.
• Participate in readiness planning, build validation, and post-live stabilization.
• Develop comprehensive reference materials including build guides, workflow diagrams, and training documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to enhance organizational knowledge and performance.

Required Skills:

• EPIC Certification in OpTime and Anesthesia (must be held for 3 years and recent).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on EPIC build and implementation post-certification.
• Strong understanding of anesthesia workflows, including documentation, procedure coordination, and clinical decision support.
• Experience supporting system-wide go-live and optimization efforts.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Skilled in developing clear and comprehensive reference materials for both clinical and technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows.

• Experience working with healthcare IT teams on optimization and stabilization initiatives.
