Judicial Law Clerks review and analyze arguments presented in a variety of motions and memoranda in support of discretionary jurisdiction. In addition, Judicial Law Clerks research and prepare initial drafts of merit opinions at the direction of the Justice.
What We’re Looking For The successful applicant will be either a licensed attorney or a recent law school graduate who is sitting for a bar examination prior to the commencement date of the position. Prior clerkship experience is strongly preferred. The ability to work independently, collaboratively, and efficiently is required. Superior research, analytical, and writing abilities are mandatory.
