Are you experienced in HVAC systems or parts sales? We’re looking for a motivated Counter Salesman to join the team! In this role, you’ll be assisting customers with HVAC parts, providing product knowledge, and ensuring great customer service from the front counter.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers and contractors with HVAC parts and supply needs
Identify parts using catalogs, databases, or customer descriptions
Prepare quotes, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges
Maintain accurate inventory and keep the sales counter organized
Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and support
Communicate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
✅ HVAC parts knowledge or experience in the HVAC industry preferred
✅ Proven Sales Experience
✅ Strong & excellent verbal, written, communication and computer skills
✅ Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
✅ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
✅ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
✅ High School Diploma
✅ Valid Drivers License (Will be driving company vehicle at times)
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: $18 - $20 Depending on Experience
