Parched Hospitality Group's latest restaurant concept, Isla & Co .   is an upscale, Australian inspired café serving specialty coffee and brunch dishes by day and a seasonally curated cocktail and dinner program by night. We are opening our newest   Isla & Co.   location in the Lower East Side (!!!) and we're looking for enthusiastic and energetic   Bartenders   to join our team.

Bartenders  at  Isla & Co . are a jack of all trades. They have the ability to greet guests, shake a mean cocktail, recommend the perfect wine to pair with a meal and will hop on the floor if needed to take orders from our guests. If you are confident, detail-oriented, a team player, and genuinely enjoy working in the world of hospitality, we would love to meet with you.

We are currently seeking experienced Bartenders that possess:

• A sparkling personality and absolute passion for guest service.
• A positive attitude and has a natural ability to work as a team.
• Able to work 6-10 hour shifts including weekends
• 3+ years bar experience in elevated, high-volume environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology, and all major spirit categories
• Basic understanding of wine styles and grape varieties
• Ability to multi-task and manage various responsibilities; including but not limited to bar preparation, mixing cocktails, serving beverages, taking orders and supporting the service floor when needed
• A team player mentality
