This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Wind Energy Logistics - Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing projects that enhance logistics systems for wind energy development, particularly in emerging regions. This includes a focus on offshore wind and related infrastructure. You will collaborate with various partners and stakeholders to ensure that these projects facilitate the energy transition, contributing to a sustainable future. Your work will involve project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic development, making a significant impact in the renewable energy sector.

Accountabilities

• Assure successful implementation of projects in wind energy logistics, focusing on offshore wind and wind ports.
• Develop actionable road maps for project implementations.
• Identify and engage diverse stakeholders in project work.
• Steer project meetings, managing timelines and budgets.
• Present project activities externally (workshops, conferences, webinars, etc.).
• Develop content for communications in collaboration with the Communications Team.
• Contribute to strategic development in wind energy logistics.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in or close to the wind energy sector, with 3 years of offshore wind insights.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field (preferably engineering with management or vice versa).
• Experience in project management.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in English and at least one other language.
• Independent work style and a can-do mentality.
• Ability to connect with remote teams and leadership.
• Demonstrated commitment to working with low- and middle-income countries is an advantage.
• Availability to travel internationally.
