**Warehouse Associate - Sacramento, CA** **Pay rate: $17-$21/HR** **M-F 8AM-5PM** Are you a dependable team player looking to grow your career in a fast-paced environment? Join our thriving team as a **Warehouse Associate** at our Sacramento, CA location! **Position Summary:** As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our warehouse by handling inbound and outbound shipments, picking and packing orders, and maintaining an organized and safe workplace. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for individuals who take pride in accuracy and efficiency, are adaptable, and value collaboration and safety. **Responsibilities:** + Receive, unload, and store inbound shipments + Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment + Load outgoing shipments onto delivery trucks + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment + Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock rotation + Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures + Take on any warehouse role as needed to support the team **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Prior warehouse experience helpful, but not required + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods + Basic math and reading skills + Willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment (forklift/pallet jack/reach truck) + Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team + Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship + Willingness to commute or relocate to Sacramento, CA **Compensation & Benefits:** + Competitive hourly pay: $17-$21 per hour + Growth and advancement opportunities + Supportive and collaborative team environment As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
