This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is vital in supporting the growth of our partner's team, focusing on full lifecycle recruitment within the engineering and construction sectors. The successful candidate will implement innovative strategies to attract and hire top talent, ensuring a robust talent pipeline. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility for candidates from different locations. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the Utility or Heavy Industrial sectors.

Accountabilities

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates talent acquisition activities.
  • Sources, reviews, screens, interviews, evaluates, and presents candidates to hiring managers.
  • Utilizes professional social media platforms/job boards to source, communicate, attract, and recruit candidates.
  • Coordinates and promotes the internal employee referral program.
  • Develops and executes talent pipeline strategies, partnering with educational institutions and industry organizations.
  • Attends job/career fairs and relevant organizational events.
  • Schedules interviews with hiring managers and guides them through the interview process.
  • Consults on offer details and supports pre-employment onboarding procedures.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources to complete reference/background checks.
  • Provides regular recruitment reports and updates to hiring managers on candidate status.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree with 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proficient in talent sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ability to coordinate high volume recruitment effectively.
  • Demonstrated success with measurable KPIs in recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.
