Job Description

Haile Gold Mine located in South Carolina is the largest gold mine on the East Coast of America. Our employees are at the heart of all we do. • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Document and record all data for holes drilled during shift.
• Rebuild DTH hammers
• Change out consumables on drill rig. (bits, hammers, Drill steels)
• QAQC Blast Patterns as Needed
• Communicate with supervisor and other members of the team

Qualifications

• Any experience with heavy equipment ( Dozer, excavator, Front end loader )
• Sandvik DI650i drill experience
• Sandvik DR410i drill experience
• Any Drilling experience ( oil and gas , exploration, RC )
• Blast hole loading experience
• Ability to lift to 50lbs
• Understanding of Drill Patterns and design
• Works well in a team environment
• Small support equipment experience (Skid steer, WA-270-wheel loader)
• Attention to detail
• Education
