Onsite: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible start time (8:00–9:30 AM)
Hybrid Flex: Eligible for 1 WFH day/week after 6 months post-conversion
?? Position Overview
This role is ideal for recent college graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience who want exposure to enterprise-level accounting operations, ERP systems, and financial reporting.
You’ll receive 6–8 weeks of structured training , including hands-on SAP training , and work closely with senior accounting leadership.
Reports to: Senior Accounting Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (required)
0–2 years of relevant experience
Intermediate Excel skills required (Excel testing is part of the interview process)
Experience with:
Journal entries
Fixed assets
Account reconciliations
ERP experience preferred (SAP a plus — training provided)
Key Responsibilities
Review and reconcile 40+ General Ledger accounts monthly
Prepare and post journal entries
Assist with month-end close , financial reporting, and analysis
Reconcile bank accounts and cash postings
Analyze GL expenses vs. budget and prior year for executive reporting
Prepare monthly P&Ls, management expense reports, and financial statements
Track, process, and reconcile incentive and sales commission programs
Process incentive payouts and coordinate with payroll
Prepare bill-backs to suppliers and supporting analysis
Support quarterly corporate reporting and ad hoc financial analysis
Compensation
Permanent Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
