The Senior Director of Regional Operations , will oversee new market areas in our U.S. company-operated business. This role will inspire and develop leaders, elevate partner culture, and grow our business and brand through an unwavering focus on connection and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the zone svps, the new sr. regional directors will provide faster response to market needs, allowing us to strengthen our standards and fundamentals, accelerate coffeehouse performance, and create a winning culture that will grow Starbucks long-term. This role is about creating meaningful experiences-for our partners, our customers, and our communities.
What You'll Do
You'll lead 3-4 Regional Directors , guiding a market of 300-400 coffeehouses with a strong presence in stores (about 80% of your time). Your impact will be driven by these priorities:
Bring leaders closer to coffeehouses by strengthening spans and enabling consistent presence in stores.
Create purposeful and desirable roles that support leader growth and development opportunities.
Build clear career pathways to invest in our team and strengthen our leadership pipeline.
Stabilize performance in growth markets through targeted investment and focused leadership strategies.
