**Your Impact** The Services Compliance Sr. Analyst plays a vital role within the Services Compliance team, supporting regulatory and operational compliance across retail service programs. This role ensures all service offerings-new or existing-meet applicable legal, regulatory, and internal standards. In a fast-paced retail environment, the Sr. Analyst will collaborate with multiple departments, including Installation Merchants, Store Operations, Legal, Risk, and Field teams, to ensure a seamless and compliant customer experience. **What You Will Do** + Partner with cross-functional teams (Installation Merchants, SF&I Sales and Execution, Legal, Licensing, Risk, etc.) to ensure retail service offerings meet all compliance requirements before launch. + Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from internal stakeholders across retail stores, merchandising, and services operations. + Manage federal, state, and local Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule (RRP) compliance for all services performed under retail programs, documenting and resolving complaints where necessary. + Support Commercial and Pro customer initiatives by ensuring services delivered in multifamily, commercial, or complex retail environments meet all licensing and compliance standards. + Maintain and update installation contracts and independent service provider agreements based on regulatory or legal changes. + Collaborate on the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in a retail setting. + Track and analyze KPIs on a weekly basis to monitor program compliance, using reports to identify and address root causes of underperformance. + Review marketing and service content across customer-facing platforms to ensure messaging aligns with compliance and legal guidelines. **Minimum Qualifications** + Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience or 5-7 Years years of relevant experience in retail compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal operations. + 5-7 Years Regulatory or operational compliance, preferably in a retail or services-based environment. + 3-5 Years Data analysis, reporting, and conducting root-cause assessments. + 3-5 Years Working knowledge of state and federal regulations impacting home improvement, contractor licensing, and service delivery in a retail context. + 3-5 Years Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in large retail organizations. + 3-5 Years Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. **Preferred Skills/Education** + 3-5 Years of experience in retail services, merchandising, or store operations. + 3-5 Years Familiarity with contractor licensing platforms, compliance management tools, or service contract software. + 1-2 Years Experience supporting large-scale service programs (e.g., installations, repairs, Pro services) within a retail organization. **About Lowe's** Lowe's Companies, Inc.
