Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
Partner with clients to fill urgent job openings with qualified candidates
Leverage recruiting tools and materials to source talent
Conduct initial outreach, screen candidates, and prepare them and clients for interviews
Negotiate job offers, and complete reference checks on candidates
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated to make high outbound calls to source clients and candidates
Comfort establishing professional relationships over the phone
High standards for integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
Effective negotiation skills
A degree is preferred but not required
Completion of gpac's training program and ongoing training requirements
