Job Title : SAP FICO Consultant with SAP PAPM

Experience: 7+ years (minimum 2+ years in SAP PAPM)
Key Responsibilities - SAP FICO Functional
- Configure and support SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, etc.).
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, map business processes, and design functional solutions.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Perform system enhancements, testing, and user training.
- SAP PAPM (Profitability and Performance Management)
- Design, configure, and implement SAP PAPM models for profitability analysis, cost allocations, and performance reporting.
- Develop allocation rules, calculation logics, drivers, and KPIs in PAPM.
- Integrate PAPM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and other data sources.
- Support use cases like profitability modeling, financial planning, cost simulations, and scenario analysis.
- Optimize PAPM performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Integration & Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, CO, BPC, SAC, BW, and Technical teams).
- Work with stakeholders to align business needs with SAP solutions.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience - 7+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with SAP PAPM .
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Costing, Profitability).
- Experience with PAPM modeling, allocation logics, rules configuration, and reporting.
- Knowledge of integration with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, BPC, SAC .
- Experience in Financial Planning, Profitability Analysis (COPA), and Cost Allocations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have (Optional) - SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
- Experience in SAP SAC (Analytics Cloud) for financial planning and reporting.
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, or industry-specific financial regulations.
- Experience in Agile/DevOps project methodology .
