Position: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Remote
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce CRM ecosystem. The ideal candidate will ensure system integrity, support business operations, and drive continuous improvement through automation, customization, and user enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Salesforce orgs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) across multiple business units.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and process builders.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for standard operating procedures.
- Flows, permissions management, data cleanup, data transformation, CPQ, additionally any technical skills like SOQL and Apex, API and integrations.
- Experience with the following tools could also be an asset: CloudCoach, Salesloft, Totango, Pardot, Mulesoft, Gong Sales Cloud support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Certification: Salesforce Administrator
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
