Position: Sales Solutions Associate

Starting Pay Rate: $28 per hour- can vary on experience

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp to Hire (based on performance and attendance)

Duties Include

• Customer Inquiry Handling: Respond to customer questions by phone, email, or CRM, providing timely and accurate support.
• Quote Preparation: Assist with creating quotes, checking pricing and availability, and preparing supporting documentation.
• CRM Maintenance: Accurately update Salesforce or equivalent CRM with customer interactions, quotes, and opportunity details.
• Open Opportunity Management: Track and document open business opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up with customers and internal teams.
• Internal Coordination: Work with Inside Sales, field sales, technical teams, and OEM partners to move deals forward.
• Customer Follow-up: Conduct post-sale communication to confirm satisfaction and identify potential future needs.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, technical support) to resolve customer issues and deliver seamless solutions.
• Experience supporting inside sales, customer service, or technical sales teams.
• Familiarity with B2B sales operations, CRM platforms, or ERP systems.
• Education or training in business, sales, or a related field.
