We are currently seeking Daily Residential Claims Adjusters to support homeowners in the Rochester area following storm-related losses from hail, wind, tornado activity, and other seasonal weather events.
This role is a strong fit for adjusters who want consistent daily assignments and the flexibility of independent field work.
What You'll Be Doing
Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties impacted by storm damage
Capture clear photo documentation and complete detailed written reports
Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier contacts
Manage multiple claim files efficiently while meeting carrier timelines and expectations
What We're Looking For
Active adjuster license
Familiarity with Xactimate or Symbility estimating software
Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to accept assignments promptly and submit reports on time
