A respected and growing multidisciplinary design firm is actively seeking a seasoned Project Manager - Landscape Architecture to lead the design and delivery of transformative projects across the Carolinas and beyond. This is a high-impact, leadership-track opportunity for a motivated landscape architect ready to take ownership of projects and relationships from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage all phases of complex landscape architecture projects-from initial concept and design development to construction documentation and closeout
Serve as primary client liaison, ensuring project objectives, budgets, and timelines are achieved
Oversee and mentor a team of landscape designers and junior architects
Lead internal and external coordination with engineers, planners, architects, and consultants
Review and approve site plans, planting designs, hardscapes, grading, and sustainable site strategies
What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
Minimum 8 years of professional experience , including 3+ years in a project management capacity
Licensed Landscape Architect (PLA) strongly preferred
High proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or Lumion; GIS experience a plus
Strong understanding of construction methods, grading, stormwater, and permitting processes
Excellent leadership, client communication, and organizational skills
