Job Description Insight Global is sourcing for a Power BI Developer to join a global consulting firm within the Data Analytics Center of Excellence. This position will be servicing an ongoing project supporting the IT repository LOB for the company, assisting in reporting and analytics needs. As the Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI. You will develop efficient SQL queries and data models in Snowflake for analytics and visualization. This position will be cross functional, collaborating with business teams to translate requirements into analytical insights and visuals. The ideal candidate will be versatile, ability to support data engineering teams to ensure smooth data integration and pipeline readiness. As well as, ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and visualization best practices. This project will be two years long, with preference to candidates local to the NCR region, working roughly 10:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST Monday through Friday. Pay-rate: $15 to $20/hour USD. Exact pay rate will depend on experience and other factors. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements -Overall 5+ years of experience in data visualization. -Tableau: Advanced dashboard design, calculated fields, LOD expressions, data blending, and performance tuning. -Extensive Power BI experience: DAX, Power Query (M), data modelling, and row-level security. -SQL (Snowflake preferred): Strong query optimization, CTEs, window functions, and data transformation. -Data Modelling & ETL Understanding: Star/Snowflake schemas, joins, incremental refresh logic. -Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data trends, KPIs, and business metrics. -Collaboration Tools: Experience with Git, Jira, or similar for versioning and delivery tracking -Strong communication and professionalism
