Plant Manager – Liquid Feed Supplements

A global leader in livestock nutrition is hiring a Plant Manager to lead daily operations at its northeast Oklahoma facility. With the current manager retiring, this is a prime opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role overseeing safety, production, quality, and profitability.
This facility produces bulk and medicated liquid feed supplements and operates Monday through Friday. You’ll manage a small team, own the plant P&L, and drive continuous improvement across departments.
Lead and develop a 5-person operations team
Promote safety and environmental compliance
Oversee production, maintenance, logistics, and capital projects
Manage inventory, distribution (truck/rail), and vendor contracts
Maintain customer relationships and ensure product quality
Handle reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
5–10 years in plant or operations leadership (agriculture, chemical, feed, or food industries)
Knowledge of equipment like boilers, mixers, compressors, and loading racks
Experience with truck/rail operations a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong budgeting and planning skills
Comfortable in industrial environments and working outdoors
$80K–$100K base + 10% bonus
