Endot Industries, part of Infra Pipe Solutions Ltd., brings 50 years of expertise in manufacturing high-quality polyethylene pipe for water, wastewater, gas, and conduit applications across North America.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring production and auxiliary equipment is functioning properly and within safety guidelines.

Job Description: 

The Maintenance Technician will be primarily responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and testing mechanical systems and equipment within our industrial facility and performing regular line changeovers as well. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machinery, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Basic electrical troubleshooting skills are a plus. This position can be either 8am-4pm M-F or 10am-6pm M-F plus overtime as required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair production machines and supporting equipment such as extruders, blenders, water pumps, vacuum pumps, grinders, compressors, and similar equipment.

· Communicate production machine and supporting equipment operational concerns with operators, other maintenance technicians, and supervisors to diagnose and repair issues.

· Install new equipment and components, per manufacturer specifications.

· Assemble, install, and maintain gears, shafts, seals, bearings, and other mechanical system components.

· Assist with assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of motors, transformers, wiring, and other electrical system components.

· Assemble, install, and maintain plumbing systems and components for water, gas, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

· Repair and maintain the physical infrastructure of the production facility.

· Maintain sufficient inventory of spare parts to ensure optimal machine uptime.

· Maintain work area, tools, and equipment with attention to safety and cleanliness.

· Perform preventive maintenance on specified machinery, in accordance with a structured preventive maintenance program.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

· Relevant Technical, Vocational, or Military training certificate or degree is preferred.

· 5 years hands-on maintenance experience is required.

· Mechanical repair and plumbing ability is required

· Basic welding, manual machining, and electrical ability is preferred

· Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings is required.

· Ability and desire to work overtime and on-call as required.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

· Experience using MaintainX is preferred.
