Job Description:
The Maintenance Manager will oversee the functionality and safety of the hotel property, including the physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical system/s, heating and cooling systems, life safety systems and grounds in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. They will direct general construction and the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems throughout the facility to ensure operational efficiency and safety. The person in this position must be able to roll their sleeves up and assist our teams when needed, living our “ONE TEAM. ONE VISION.” philosophy. This person must also provide innovative ways that align with our mission to be the best, most respected hotel company in America.
