We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Line Striping Technician to join our team. This position involves working with asphalt surfaces, preparing areas for paint and thermoplastic striping, and applying line markings for parking lots, roadways, and other paved areas.
You’ll work as part of a skilled crew to ensure high-quality, durable pavement markings that meet safety and compliance standards.
Prepare asphalt and concrete surfaces for striping and coating.
Apply paint and thermoplastic materials for line striping, symbols, and signage.
Operate and maintain striping and surface preparation equipment.
Follow all safety protocols and worksite procedures.
Ensure clean, accurate, and professional results on every project.
Travel to various job sites as required (including military bases).
Must be eligible to gain access to military bases (background check required).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, must have steel toe shoes.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Previous experience with asphalt, paint, or thermoplastic striping preferred but not required.
Pay: $18.56 per hour
