Become a culinary artist at YOT Bar & Kitchen as a Line Cook , where you'll showcase your skills and passion for cooking to create exceptional dishes for our guests. • Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and kitchen guidelines with attention to detail.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, producing high-quality dishes consistently.

• Culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong understanding of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and adapt to changing demands.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional food to our guests.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
• Stand and move for the duration of shift.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work near hot surfaces and open flames.
• Use knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform repetitive motions (chopping, stirring).
