Position Summary

As a Licensed Nail Technician at GlossHaus , you’ll be part of a team that values artistry, connection, and craft. You’ll bring skill and creativity to every service — delivering exceptional manicures, pedicures, and treatments that reflect our standard of care. What You’ll Do

• Provide expert manicures, pedicures, and gel services with precision and artistry
• Perform a full range of manicures and pedicures including classic, gel, Apres Gel-X, and specialty nail art
• Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable guest experience every time
• Maintain impeccable sanitation and safety standards in compliance with Illinois State Board regulations
• Build lasting client relationships through professionalism, active listening, and personalized service
• Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend home-care or retail products
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and hygienic workstation
• Contribute to a supportive, creative, and team-oriented environment
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and special events
• Support setup and cleanup procedures before and after each appointment

What You Bring

• Active Illinois Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (required)
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Skilled in gel polish, structured manicures, and modern techniques
• Passion for client care, detail, and continuous learning
• A professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

Compensation

The pay is as follows:

• Guaranteed $22/hour base pay
• 55% commission on services - you’ll earn whichever is higher each day
• Keep 100% of your tips
• 10% commission on any retail products sold
