**Description** Applied Research Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technical solutions for our customers. Responsibilities include: + Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of technical solution projects. + Track project progress, identify risks, develop mitigation plans when necessary, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. + Collaborate with technical teams to gather requirements and define project scope. + Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting notes. + Support resource allocation and budget tracking for assigned projects. + Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical goals. + Monitor project performance and recommend process improvements. + Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices. + Other duties as assigned. + Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and integration reliability. + Other duties as assigned Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements: + Must be a US citizen + 2-3+ years of experience in project management or related roles + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field + Must have or be willing to attain a TS/SCI Clearance + Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments + Strong organizational and time management skill. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Gitlab) + Basic understanding of technical concepts and software development processes **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field + Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP) + Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and tools All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations.
