Interior Designer (High-End Hospitality & Residential | Hybrid NYC) Join a globally recognized design studio creating luxury interiors for hotels, private clubs, restaurants, and residences. We're hiring an Interior Designer with 3-6 years of experience to support high-end hospitality and residential projects. This is a hybrid role based in Midtown Manhattan, ideal for someone with strong technical skills, creative vision, and client-facing experience. About the Role You'll contribute to all phases of design-from concept development to construction documentation-while collaborating with internal teams and external consultants. You'll work on custom, detail-rich projects for luxury clients including Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, and The Beekman. Key Responsibilities + Develop schematic designs, design development packages, and presentations + Produce detailed construction documents using AutoCAD + Create visual materials using Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp + Select and specify FF&E for custom interiors + Coordinate with consultants and vendors across disciplines + Conduct site visits and support project delivery + Collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain design intent Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture + 3-6 years of experience in high-end hospitality, residential, or private club design + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign + Experience with construction documentation and FF&E + Strong communication and client-facing skills + Familiarity with SketchUp and custom detailing is a plus Work Environment & Benefits + Office located at 20 West 36th St, 6th Floor, NYC + Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote + Flexible hours: arrive between 8:30-9:30 AM + Collaborative, social, and design-focused culture + Global reach with offices in London and NYC + Competitive salary, 401(k) match, commuter benefits + Celebratory culture: happy hours, birthday events, summer & holiday parties Ready to design luxury interiors and grow your career in a globally respected studio? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr. 17 days PTO (this will increase to 22 days after 3 years) - Not including all Public Holidays, Full Christmas Holiday closure and 1 Research Day per year401k with MBDS contributing up to 3%.Flex-time - start between 08.30-9.30 & finish between 5.30-6:30Reduce lunch by 30 minutes/leave 30 minutes earlySummer Hours - option to leave at 1pm on Fridays between Memorial Day & Labor DayWFH days - 2 per weekLong Service RewardsMonthly drinks and raffle to win dinner at a NY restaurant Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in New York,NY.
