DK Global is the country’s premier litigation visuals firm. We create 3D animated visual presentations for attorneys to use in demand packages, mediations, and trials. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite. This person will join our team on a long-term contract basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent full-time role, and take a leading role in updating our branding, style guide, branded assets, templates, and website.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable designing for a wide range of digital and physical media. You will have a passion for design, a strong eye for detail, the ability to bring ideas to life through visual communication, and deep understanding of the most cutting edge and contemporary styles and best practices.
In other words, we’re looking for a boundary-pushing creator, not a paint-by-numbers box-checker.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with Marketing and senior leadership to create a wide range of materials that may include logos, style guides, email templates, event promotions, business cards, and other marketing materials.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design with an established brand identity.
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
- Create polished deliverables using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Edit and enhance visual media content, including animations, motion graphics, and photos.
- Ensure visual media aligns with company’s quality standards, branding, and style guides.
- Actively contribute to the development of fresh and innovative design concepts, pushing creative boundaries while aligning with the company’s brand identity and objectives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams — including Marketing, Sales, Production, IT, and Administration — to ensure seamless coordination, efficient workflow, and timely delivery of each project.
- Manage project resources, including time and materials, to ensure that projects are completed within the allocated budget, while still delivering high-quality designs that meet company expectations.
- Effectively problem-solve by finding creative solutions that align with project requirements, while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Utilize the company’s ERP to communicate with team members, actively engage in discussions, give and receive feedback on projects, and implement feedback for timely completion of projects.
- Balance and anticipate workflow challenges according to project deadlines, needs, and development.
- Participate in collaboration session and meetings to advance the working projects toward desired outcomes.
- Work closely with and support the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Sales Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Office Administrator, and Project Managers on all aspects of project development.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates breakthrough work across a variety of digital and print media
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus)
- Solid understanding of marketing and design principles, including typography, hierarchy, and composition
- Consistently keeps up with contemporary graphic design and branding trends and best practices
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Strategic thinker and problem solver with proven experience developing creative solutions to address specific branding, design, and/or business/marketing objectives
- Experience creating and working with established brand guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized, with great attention to detail
- Effective communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptability and ability to work independently, under pressure, and within tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and processes
- Quick and enthusiastic learner with a positive attitude
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with 3D animated objects (i.e., not photos) as assets
- History marketing or advertising to attorneys
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: 40+ hours per week
Compensation Range: $33-43/hr (We value our employees’ time and believe your time should be compensated accordingly. This position will be paid on an hourly basis with overtime as needed.)
