Job Description

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, graduated from a professional dance institution with a major in ballet performance or education. Must possess systematic knowledge of ballet theory and technique.
2. Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in amateur or professional ballet, familiar with the features of children’s ballet education. Ability to tailor teaching plans to students of varying skill levels.
3. Language Skills: Basic Chinese communication skills required, or proficiency in English for conducting classes. Must be able to clearly explain movement techniques and communicate effectively with students and parents.
4. Technical Skills: Solid foundation in ballet technique, mastery of classical ballet standards, posture requirements, and teaching demonstration skills. Ability to accurately demonstrate combinations and excerpts of varying difficulty levels.
5. Additional Preference: Candidates who can provide past teaching videos, performance experience, or relevant certifications will be given priority. 1.teach kids ballet (3-13 years old)

• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 1 class per day
• Saturday: 5 classes
• Sunday: 3 classes
• Each class lasts 1–2 hours.

1. Employment Type: Part-time acceptable.
2. Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 RMB.
3. Visa Support: Work visa sponsorship available.
