A client in Cincinnati is seeking a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join their corporate team for a direct placement opportunity. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow and contribute to high-impact financial projects across regional teams.
As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting business operations through data-driven insights and reporting. You'll work on commission calculation projects, develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and build dashboards that empower decision-making across departments. You'll assist regional teams with operating metrics, produce monthly reports by region, and create standardized reporting packages that streamline performance reviews.
In addition to project-specific work, you'll be responsible for:
Conducting financial modeling and variance analysis
Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Identifying trends and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
Maintaining and improving Excel-based tools and Power BI dashboards

Skills and Requirements
- 2-3 Years of Financial Analyst Experience
- Experience working in Excel and Power BI Dashboards
- Experience creating monthly & quarterly reports
- Highly organized, able to work in a fast paced environment
- Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance or related field - Accounting Background
- FP&A Background
