Lasalle Network is excited to be partnered with nationally ranked insurance services company that is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative support to a senior executive and leadership team! This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and enjoys contributing to an inclusive, people-centered culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive and their direct reports.
• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries on behalf of the executive.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, and reports.
• Process invoices and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and support meetings, department events, and company initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, mail distribution, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage special projects and assist with program administration and event planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a mid-sized or large organization.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Critical thinker with sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience planning and executing meetings or events.

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using Workday or similar reporting tools.

Compensation: $31.49 – $45.49 per hour
