Duration: 9–12 months (contract)

Compensation Range: $65-77/hr on W2

Job Description:
Seeking an Epic PB Analyst to support ongoing builds, testing, and quarterly upgrades, particularly in orthodontics and specialty modules.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Execute Epic Professional Billing build tasks for new modules (e.g., orthodontics)

• Perform functional and charge testing post-build

• Support Epic quarterly upgrade cycles, including a triple go-live

• Collaborate with claims analysts and internal stakeholders

• Ensure successful charge capture and claim generation

• Participate in meetings and address end-user inquiries

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 5 years of experience in Epic PB

  • Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification

  • Hands-on experience with Wisdom, Phoenix, or Kaleidoscope modules (Dental/Ortho, Transplant, Ophthalmology)

  • Ability to build and test in Epic PB

  • Go-live support experience

  • Strong communication, self-sufficiency, and customer service orientation

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Claims and Remittance certifications

  • Experience in large enterprise environments
