Entry-Level Real Estate Agent – Start Your Career with Guidance and Growth We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to begin their real estate careers with the right support behind them.   • Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on market trends and strategies.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting offers to clients, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and referrals for future business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping others find their dream home.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of being a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate principles and practices, or a willingness to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client information and follow-up tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, sharing insights and learning from experienced agents.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
