DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk to join our dealership accounting office. This position supports a variety of general clerical, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks. We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, high energy, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Code and receipt incoming payments
• Prepare and post daily bank deposits
• Monitor accounts for delayed or missed payments and follow up as needed
• Check, verify, and process invoices
• Sort, code, and enter accounts payable data
• Process monthly vendor payments and maintain vendor files

• 1–2 years of experience using QuickBooks (required)
• 1–2 years of bookkeeping or clerical accounting experience (preferred)
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience and education)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Comfortable using standard office equipment (copiers, adding machines, mail equipment)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
