Job Title: Engineer
Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Type: 12 month Contract
Compensation: $58 - $61 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

System One is currently seeking an  Engineer on a 12 month contract position located in Eau Claire, WI.

Engineer Responsibilities: 

• Support hydro plant projects due to internal reorganization
• Will work approximately 10 projects per year across 25 hydro facilities (primarily in WI one in MN)
• Develop bid/design specifications
• Coordinate projects from initiation through closeout
• Work with Hydro plant management and contractors
• Travel required to hydro sites (seasonal: summer/fall for construction; winter/spring for design/closeout)
• 20-30% travel to sites mostly summer/fall seasons

Engineer Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical Controls or Civil/Structural) from ABET accredited university
• Valid Drivers License 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• FE/EIT certification preferred
• PE License is a plus 
• PMP certification or project management background preferred
• SAP 
• Scheduling tools preferred 
• Minimum of 2 years engineering experience 
• Hydro or industrial experience strongly preferred
• Hydro familiarity (6+ months) is a plus
