Are you ready to take off on your next career with us?Job Summary The Director of Sustainability Americas has the overall responsibility to serve as a trusted partner to Americas for the purpose of improving the business’s performance in key Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) areas. The role reports to America’s Sr. Vice President of HSSE with a dotted line to SATS’ Chief Sustainability Officer. The Director of Sustainability Americas, ideally based in Dallas, TX will be required to collaborate and engage frequently with various stakeholders ranging from business units, cross-functional departments, including corporate teams at the Singapore headquarters, to external service providers for the analysis, planning, tracking, and reporting of ESG initiatives and their outcomes. The Director of Sustainability Americas acts as the secretary of the ESG Council for the Americas, which is chaired by a Sustainability Champion from the business. Compensation This is a full-time, exempt, remote eligible position. The expected base salary range for this role is $113,000 to $140,000 USD. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
