Job Description
Responsibilities:
+ Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office.
+ Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software.
+ Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services.
+ Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
+ Process payments, handle billing and insurance claims.
+ Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
+ Manage inventory of office supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
+ Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
+ Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred.
+ Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures.
+ Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract position based out of Loma Linda, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
