Proficient in at least one programming language (either Golang, Java, or Python is acceptable)
Can read English documents without barriers
Interested in CRM system integration, automation, and data processing
Clear in logic and able to proactively learn new knowledge
Understand the frameworks of international mainstream CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Dynamic365) ● Assist in connecting internal and external system interfaces (APIs) to achieve data synchronization and updates
Write simple scripts/tools according to business requirements and build an automated workflow for the CRM system
Assist in handling CRM system internal merchant-related data, status maintenance, automated reminders, etc.
