Courier job at The Redux Group Fort Washington, MD, US

Job Description

Fast-growing real estate team looking for a courier/runner to install lock boxes, directional signs, etc., and help advertise our open houses. As a runner, you should enjoy working outside, manual labor, and take pride in seeing your work displayed all over town. You must have flexibility in your schedule, your own transportation, be customer-focused, and reside within 10 miles of Fort Washington, MD! Responsibilities:

Install and remove lock boxes, and signs (directionals, open house, etc.) from properties
Keep an accurate inventory of signs & lock boxes
Running errands and completing misc. tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license
Reside within 10 miles of Laurel, MD
Flexible availability
Up to approximately 20 hours per week
Clean driving record
Must be able to work physically in all weather conditions
Organized with a high degree of integrity
Self Starter
Excellent English
Problem solver, intuitive, and a team player
