Key responsibilities include ensuring contractor-produced work meets or exceeds quality standards, and that projects are completed per design and within the allocated budget. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate projects with state and local municipalities, as well as other utilities or departments.Key Responsibilities:
