Commcercial Real Estate Law CLERK

* 5+ years
* CRE focused
* Work with private lenders in providing financing
* Draft complex commercial contracts
* Work collaboratively with clients, counsel, banks, accountants, private lenders, and team members towards a common goal

The successful candidate will have:

* Superb organization skills and strong work ethic
* Strong legal, analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience prioritizing multiple projects at any given time
