Commercial Real Estate (CRE) provides a fully integrated platform of banking, financing, and capital markets solutions to commercial real estate clients including financial sponsors, institutional investors and asset managers, regional developers, and public and private corporations.

About this role:

The Multifamily Capital Team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Commercial Mortgage Pursuit Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial acumen, a willingness to learn, and an interest in expanding their expertise in multifamily real estate finance. You will play a key role in supporting deal execution and client engagement, with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.

In this role you will:

  • Analyze loans and identify high risk attributes

  • Assist in sizing deals and preparing preliminary underwriting for agency submission.

  • Support client communications throughout the transaction process; role will expand to include direct client engagement.

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn; multifamily experience is a plus but not required.

  • Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development

  • Receive direction from manager and exercise independent judgment

  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Interact with internal customers

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Client Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in multifamily or commercial real estate finance is a plus.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in financial modeling.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong technical writing skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience guiding and mentoring more junior associates or analysts

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field

Job Expectations:

  • Candidates for this role will be required to work in-office 4 days a week.

  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,000.00 - $196,000.00
