Job Description

Estimation: 

As a Commercial and Multi-Family Estimator you are responsible for evaluating project plans, conducting site assessments, and preparing accurate cost estimates for construction, renovation, or repair projects on commercial buildings and multi-family properties. Ensure proposals are competitive, detailed, and aligned with project requirements and budgets.

Sales and Business Development Opportunity

  • Identify and pursue multi-family and commercial roofing opportunities. 
  • Build lasting relationships with property managers, community developers, and decision-makers. 
  • Prepare accurate project documentation for estimators to deliver professional proposals. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies and campaigns. 

Client Relationship Management: 

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through the sales and production process. 
  • Address client needs, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. 

Production Support: 

  • Partner with production teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. 
  • Assist in coordinating schedules, materials, resident safety and crews for each project. 
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide hands-on support as needed. 

Team Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with production staff to align strategies and ensure a smooth transition from sales to production. 
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights, updates, and solutions to challenges. 
  • Skilled in analyzing complex challenges and implementing effective solutions. 
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding operational and customer experience objectives. 
  • Hybrid or remote with frequent travel to national sites and corporate headquarters. 
  • Travel to develop business in other company wide locations when necessary
